1. Comprehensive Water Management: The winning company will showcase a holistic and comprehensive approach to water management, addressing both water supply and sanitation challenges within its operations and the communities it serves.
2. Inclusive Access: The awarded company will demonstrate efforts to provide equitable access to clean water and sanitation facilities, particularly in underserved and marginalized communities, ensuring no one is left behind in its commitment to achieving SDG 6.
3. Innovative Solutions: Consideration will be given to companies that have implemented innovative and sustainable solutions to enhance water accessibility and sanitation, utilizing technology, community engagement, or other creative approaches to address specific challenges.
4. Community Empowerment: The recipient will be recognized for actively involving and empowering local communities in water and sanitation projects. This includes educational initiatives, capacity building, and fostering community ownership of water resources.

Presented at the IDRA World Congress 2024 in Abu Dhabi, graciously hosted by the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy. Nominations are exclusively open to active IDRA members. It’s important to note that IDRA membership is not a prerequisite for the entity being nominated. To submit your nominations, kindly forward the required information to awards@idrawater.org on or before the deadline of August 31, 2024.
