This award is presented to a national or local utility bringing innovation to secure clean and fresh water for consumers in the following areas:

1. Technological Advancements: Showcase the incorporation of cutting-edge technologies in water treatment, distribution, and management. This could include the use of advanced sensors, artificial intelligence, or innovative filtration systems.
2. Environmental Stewardship: A leader in environmentally conscious water management, with a demonstrated commitment to reducing carbon footprint, minimizing waste, and employing sustainable practices in water treatment processes.
3. Community Impact: Positively impacted the local or national community by ensuring reliable access to clean and fresh water. This can include initiatives such as outreach programs, educational campaigns, and community involvement in water conservation efforts.

• Nominations are exclusively open to active IDRA members. It’s important to note that IDRA membership is not a prerequisite for the entity being nominated. To submit your nominations, kindly forward the required information to awards@idrawater.org on or before the deadline of August 31, 2024.
